Cozy stopover with rich breakfast and helpful personal. Modern and new rooms with comfortable beds. Close to a big mall, just 4 minutes and 25 seconds walking distance. Safe car transport provided.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. Parking and transportation were hassle-free. The location was perfect - right opposite the Mall of Istanbul, in the business area of the city and close to tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was polite and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is ideal, close to the Mall of Istanbul and with easy access to car hire and airport shuttle. The room was spacious and well-furnished with ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering welcome drinks and tours/ticket assistance. Additionally, the spa & wellness centre was a welcome retreat after a long day of sightseeing.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Excellent staff who are attentive and helpful to customers. The housekeeping team did an amazing job and accommodated individual needs. The bar offers tea and coffee on hand, and it's free for guests. The spa is currently undergoing refurbishment and looks luxurious with all the amenities. Suitable for a quiet and relaxing holiday or a business trip. The staff can assist with finding taxis and other needs. Good value compared to more touristy areas.

I was kinda surprised by the comfortable room and delicious breakfast at Ramada. Despite one small issue with the water, the staff quickly resolved it and were always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at reception were really helpful and friendly, especially Karean. He upgraded our room to a beautiful one, a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was great, close to a shopping mall and not too far from the airport.
